NHL scoring champion Jamie Benn of the Dallas Stars had a second hip surgery in less than a week, the team confirmed Tuesday.

The NHL scoring champion has had two hip surgeries in less than a week. Benn, who skated with pain all season, is expected to return to the ice in August, Stars trainer Dave Zeis told the Dallas Morning News.
