Bombardir and Zholtok, both 31, are scheduled to be unrestricted free agents after the season ends.
Zholtok led the Wild in goals (13) and was third in scoring (29 points) in 59 games this season. The Latvia native tallied 110 points in 210 games with Minnesota after being acquired in a trade
with Edmonton in 2001.
Bombardir recorded three points and 21 penalty minutes in 56 games with Minnesota this season. He's had 54 points and 123 penalty minutes in 343 career games with New Jersey and Minnesota.
The Wild acquired Bombardir, a British Columbia native, in a trade with New Jersey in 2000.
The third-round pick acquired in Friday's deal was obtained by the Predators in a previous trade with Buffalo.
