Armstrong scored career-high 14 goals this season

LOS ANGELES -- Derek Armstrong agreed to terms on a
multiyear contract extension with the Los Angeles Kings on Friday.

Armstrong has a career-high 14 goals and 21 assists in 57 games
for the Kings this season.

Acquired by the Kings from the New York Rangers for a
sixth-round draft pick in 2002, Armstrong had 12 goals and 26
assists in 66 games last season.

Armstrong has 35 goals and 57 assists in 209 career NHL games
with the Kings, Rangers, Ottawa Senators and New York Islanders.
