Thrashers activate Holik, put Stefan, Vigier on IR

ATLANTA -- The Atlanta Thrashers activated forward Bobby Holik from injured reserve Tuesday and placed forwards Patrik Stefan and J.P. Vigier on the list.

Stefan, who has a hernia, was placed on the list retroactive to Feb. 12. Vigier, who has a knee injury, was placed on the list retroactive to Feb. 10.
Holik broke his foot Jan. 1 and missed 18 games. The center has seven goals and nine assists in 40 games this season.
Stefan had surgery for his hernia Feb. 13 and is expected to miss four to six weeks. Vigier is out for the season after injuring his knee Jan. 9.
