Canadiens forward Kovalev suffering from vertigo
Kovalev denies that his vertigo, which sidelined him for Tuesday's game against the Islanders, is flu-related.
Kovalev took part in an optional skate on Wednesday and did not rule out playing over the weekend. He told TSN he was feeling better but continues to feel "woozy" if he turns his head quickly.
Kovalev has recorded 14 goals and 28 assists in 63 games with the Canadiens this season.
