Kennedy out at least four weeks because of knee sprain

Pittsburgh Penguins forward Tyler Kennedy, fourth on the team in scoring, will miss four to six weeks because of a sprained knee.

The team placed Kennedy on injured reserve on Friday.

Kennedy was injured Wednesday in the Penguins' game against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden.

Kennedy has six goals and nine assists in 24 games.
