RALEIGH, N.C. -- Carolina Hurricanes right winger Scott Walker has been ruled out for four to six weeks with a shoulder injury, the team said Tuesday.
The 36-year-old Canadian underwent surgery on the injury Tuesday and is the latest addition to a lengthy injury list this season for Carolina.
The Hurricanes have won just 11 games out of 41 and are bottom of the Southeast Division.
