Sami Salo returns for Canucks
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Vancouver defenseman Sami Salo returned to the Canucks' lineup Thursday night against the Nashville Predators in Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinal.
Salo sustained an undisclosed injury in Game 6 of the Canucks' opening series against Chicago. He traveled to Nashville with the Canucks and was a game-time decision Tuesday night before being scratched for Game 3.
The 36-year-old defenseman missed the first 4½ months of the season recovering from a torn Achilles tendon. The Canucks scratched Keith Ballard and Andrew Alberts.
Nashville scratched Steve Sullivan, who's out for the series with an apparent knee injury. Colin Wilson played his first game this postseason after playing all 82 in the regular season
The Canucks lead the series 2-1.
