Now, his dominance doesn't translate directly to fantasy hockey because a lot of what Datsyuk does so well is done without the puck, but he still maintains potential to be a game-changer for fantasy teams. If he isn't a first-round draft choice, he will be gone in the second round. Datsyuk doesn't take as many shots as he used to, when he would get 30 goals a season, so expecting him to top out near 12 goals is the safer bet during an abbreviated season.
