After a few weeks off, we're back with a new revamped top 15. Yes, there are changes. Teemu Selanne isn't in the top 10 in overall league scoring (remember, he just returned to the Ducks' lineup on Feb. 5), but his play has changed the dynamic for Anaheim, which is 9-1-0 since his return.
Meanwhile, former top 15 top guns like Vincent Lecavalier, Nicklas Lidstrom and Ilya Kovalchuk have lost ground as their respective teams struggle.

| 2007-2008 Player Rankings: Week 20 | ||||
| Rank | Player | Team | Comments | |
| 1 | ![]() | Teemu Selanne Games: 26 G: 12 A: 11 PTS: 23 |
![]() Ducks |
He has five goals and two assists in his past three games and, bottom line, Anaheim is a different team with the forward in the lineup. |
| 2 | ![]() | Alex Ovechkin Games: 82 G: 65 A: 47 PTS: 112 |
![]() Capitals |
Ovie is still stuck at 48 goals (he's in the middle of a six-game scoring slump), but he's still helping the Caps stay in the Southeast hunt. |
| 3 | ![]() | Evgeni Malkin Games: 82 G: 47 A: 59 PTS: 106 |
![]() Penguins |
Malkin's production has cooled over the past week (two points in four games), but what will happen with newly acquired Pascal Dupuis on his line? |
| 4 | ![]() | Martin Brodeur Games: 77 Wins: 44 Losses: 27 GAA: 2.175 SV%: 92 |
![]() Devils |
The Devils goalie has gone 7-2-1 over his past 10 starts as New Jersey fights to keep its Atlantic Division lead. |
| 5 | ![]() | Ty Conklin Games: 33 Wins: 18 Losses: 8 GAA: 2.509 SV%: 92.3 |
![]() Blues |
Call us crazy, but the Pens goalie has been just as important to Pittsburgh's Crosby-less run as Malkin. Plus, he leads the NHL with a .933 save percentage. |
| 6 | ![]() | Jarome Iginla Games: 82 G: 50 A: 48 PTS: 98 |
![]() Flames |
After a scary early-winter goal drought, Iginla is finding his way just in time for the playoff push. |
| 7 | ![]() | Daniel Alfredsson Games: 70 G: 40 A: 49 PTS: 89 |
![]() Senators |
The last time we were here, Alfie sat at No. 2. He loses some ground as he has just two points in his past nine games. |
| 8 | ![]() | Marc Savard Games: 74 G: 15 A: 63 PTS: 78 |
![]() Bruins |
Held pointless just twice in his past 10 games, Savard is keeping the Bruins in the playoff mix. |
| 9 | ![]() | Nicklas Lidstrom Games: 76 G: 10 A: 60 PTS: 70 |
![]() Red Wings |
The Wings defenseman heads down the list because he is out with a sprained MCL, but we still marvel at his plus-39 showing before the injury. |
| 10 | ![]() | Vincent Lecavalier Games: 81 G: 40 A: 52 PTS: 92 |
![]() Lightning |
Has scored just one goal in his past 11 games as his team starts its early golf planning for mid-April. |
| 11 | ![]() | Joe Thornton Games: 82 G: 29 A: 67 PTS: 96 |
![]() Sharks |
The Sharks forward is tied for the league lead in assists (56) with Boston's Savard. |
| 12 | ![]() | Mike Ribeiro Games: 76 G: 27 A: 56 PTS: 83 |
![]() Stars |
The Stars center has six points in his past two games and ranks within the league top 10 in points (73), assists (47) and plus/minus (plus-21). |
| 13 | ![]() | Ilya Kovalchuk Games: 79 G: 52 A: 35 PTS: 87 |
![]() Thrashers |
Kovalchuk is taking shots, but he's having trouble finding the net. He has just four goals in his past 15 games, and Atlanta is 6-8-1 over that span. |
| 14 | ![]() | Pavel Datsyuk Games: 82 G: 31 A: 66 PTS: 97 |
![]() Red Wings |
As the Wings deal with a slew of injuries, Datsyuk has held the fort, going pointless just twice in his past nine games. |
| 15 | ![]() | Patrick Kane Games: 82 G: 21 A: 51 PTS: 72 |
![]() Blackhawks |
The Hawks forward still holds the league lead in scoring among rookies with 52 points in 63 games. |
