News: Fedotenko picked up a pair of assists and finished plus-3 in Saturday's game against Boston.
Spin: Fedotenko had to feel like he won the lottery with both Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin skating on the same line as himself. Fedotenko is a streaky player and now might be the time to pick him up. It's doubtful the line of Crosby-Malkin-Fedotenko will last for a long time, but there's no reason not to take advantage of Fedotenko's lot in life for however long the unit stays in place.
