| News: Quick stopped 26 shots en route to a shootout win over Florida on Monday night. Spin: With the victory on Monday, Quick is already sitting at 12 wins after 20 starts this season (12-6-2), more than halfway to the 21 he recorded over 41 starts for the Kings last season. The team in front of him has definitely improved, but Quick's play has actually fallen off slightly as he entered Monday's game with a GAA (2.66) and save percentage (.899) above last year's impressive marks (2.48 GAA, .914 save percentage). |
