Canucks goalie hurt in Sunday's game

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Goaltender Dan Cloutier has a sprained right ankle and will miss the rest of the Vancouver Canucks' first-round playoff series with the Calgary Flames.

"He'll be re-evaluated as we move forward," coach Marc Crawford said. "It's difficult news for Dan Cloutier. He has had such a very good series and worked extremely hard."

Cloutier was hurt late in the first period of Vancouver's 2-1 victory Sunday night. He was replaced by Johan Hedberg, who played in a 4-0 loss Tuesday night to Calgary that tied the best-of-seven series at 2-2.

Game 5 will be Thursday night in Vancouver.
