DETROIT -- NHL playoff goal-scoring leader Johan Franzen will miss his fourth straight game when the Red Wings face Dallas in Game 5 of the Western Conference finals Saturday.

Detroit general manager Ken Holland said Franzen has been cleared for light workouts, but the center would need to practice with the team for a few days before returning to the lineup.
Franzen, who has scored a franchise-record 12 goals in the postseason, was scratched from the Red Wings' lineup for Game 2 against the Stars and missed the next two games as well because of concussion-like symptoms.
He's had recurring headaches dating to early in the previous series.
Detroit leads the Dallas series 3-1.
