Pens will open arena so fans can watch away game on video screens
PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Penguins will open Mellon Arena for Game 5 of the Stanley Cup finals so fans can watch the team play the Detroit Red Wings on the venue's video screens.
Game 5 will be played at 8 p.m. Monday in Detroit. Doors at the Pittsburgh arena will open an hour earlier.
General admission tickets for $5 will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Proceeds will go to the Mario Lemieux Foundation for cancer and neonatal research.
The tickets will be sold online through Ticketmaster and at the Mellon Arena Gate One box office.
