UNIONDALE, New York (Ticker) -- After stealing home-ice advantage from the Tampa Bay Lightning, the New York Islanders hope to make it hold up when they meet for Game Three at Nassau Coliseum.

The Islanders avenged a 3-0 Game One setback with a victory on Saturday by the same score.

Jason Blake scored two goals and defenseman Janne Niinimaa added one goal and one assist for the Islanders, who killed all seven of the Lightning's power-play opportunities.

Rick DiPietro made 22 saves for his first playoff victory.

Tampa Bay - Fredrik Modin, two goals.
