COLUMBUS, Ohio (Ticker) -- Two nights after their game against the Detroit Red Wings was suspended in the first period, the Nashville Predators return to action against the struggling Columbus Blue Jackets.

Nashville took a 1-0 lead on Greg Johnson's goal before Detroit defenseman Jiri Fischer collapsed with a seizure at the Red Wings bench. After Fischer was taken to a hospital, play was halted and the game was rescheduled.

The Predators have won four of their last five games and are among the league leaders in fewest regulation losses with three.

Paul Kariya scored his seventh goal and Marek Zidlicky added his fourth - both on the power play - for Nashville in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Minnesota Wild.

Losers of their last five, the Blue Jackets begin a stretch of three games in four nights. Columbus is last in the league in goals (38) and has been outscored, 24-7, during the skid.

Gilbert Brule scored his first career goal for the Blue Jackets, who lost for the ninth time in 10 games with Sunday's 5-1 defeat to Phoenix.

One of the the Blue Jackets' five wins came against the Predators on October 26. Adam Foote scored a shorthanded overtime goal as Columbus handed the Predators their first loss of the year, 4-3.
