ST. PAUL, Minnesota (Ticker) - The Dallas Stars' ability to translate their success to the road has them streaking into Monday's matchup with the Minnesota Wild.

After winning three straight at home, the Stars have won three of their first four games on a six-game road trip that ends Wednesday at Columbus.

Mike Modano's goal 42 seconds in set the tone in Sunday's 5-3 win in Chicago. Modano and Jere Lehtinen both finished with a goal and an assist as Dallas improved to a league-best 11-3-0 on the road.

Marty Turco, who is 6-3-0 all-time against Minnesota, improved to 8-3-0 away from home by making 29 saves. He has won five of his last six starts.

The Wild have split the first two games of a three-game homestand after Saturday's 4-3 overtime victory against Montreal.

Defenseman Kurtis Foster took advantage of a hooking penalty by notching a power-play goal 3:13 into the extra session, making a winner of Dwayne Roloson, who made 30 saves to snap a personal four-game losing streak at home.

Dallas took three of four meetings between the teams last season.

Before the game, USA Hockey will name its 23-man team that will compete in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy.
