EDMONTON, Alberta (Ticker) - The Edmonton Oilers have been surprisingly inconsistent at home recently. They hope to reverse that trend on Sunday when they host the lowly St. Louis Blues.

The Oilers have dropped six of their last eight at Rexall Place and enter Sunday's contest four points ahead of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim (26-19-11) for eighth place in the Western Conference standings.

Edmonton hopes to bounce back from a 6-3 loss to the Minnesota Wild on Friday.

Raffi Torres scored his 19th goal of the season and Jarret Stoll added two assists for the Oilers, who went 0-for-10 on the power play.

Edmonton hopes for a better effort Sunday against a St. Louis squad that had its three-game winning streak snapped at Calgary on Friday.

Defenseman Dennis Wideman and rookie Mike Glumac tallied for the Blues, who fell to 6-16-6 on the road this season.
