ST. LOUIS (Ticker) -- Miikka Kiprusoff and the Calgary Flames look to bounce back from a poor start on their road trip when they visit the St. Louis Blues on Thursday.

The defending Western Conference champions, the Flames lead the second-place Colorado Avalanche (38-25-7) by just one point in the Northwest Division.

However, Calgary has struggled with three losses over the first four games of a seven-game road trip.

Kiprusoff made 36 saves Tuesday, but the Flames dropped a 3-1 decision to the Minnesota Wild. Byron Mitchell scored the lone goal for Calgary, which fell to 14-15-5 on the road.

The Flames hope to cure their road woes Thursday against a Blues squad which has dropped four straight.

St. Louis aims to rebound from a 6-0 loss to the San Jose Sharks on Tuesday.
