EAST RUTHERFORD, New Jersey (Ticker) -- After setting some franchise scoring records with the New York Rangers, Jaromir Jagr has his sights set on a division title.

Jagr tries to lead the Rangers to their sixth win in seven outings and move one step closer to the Atlantic Division title Sunday when they visit the New Jersey Devils.

Looking to become the first Ranger to win the Art Ross Trophy since Bryan Hextall in 1942, Jagr broke Adam Graves' single-season record for goals with his 53rd in Saturday's 4-3 overtime victory over the Boston Bruins.

Michael Nylander scored twice, including the game-winner in the extra period for the Rangers, who have a five-point lead over Philadelphia in the division race. New York has not won a division crown since 1993-1994.

The Devils are finishing strong as they prepare for the postseason. Having won their last six contests, they are in sixth place in the Eastern Conference, two points ahead of Montreal.

Scott Gomez scored twice - giving him 30 goals this season - and Brian Gionta added his 43rd tally for the Devils in Saturday's 3-2 victory over Montreal.

Gomez and Gionta scored for New Jersey in a 2-1 victory over the Rangers in their most recent encounter March 4. However, the Devils have lost four of the seven matchups against New York this season
