BOSTON (Ticker) - After a tough start, the Boston Bruins will look to turn it around Thursday when they become the last team to play their home opener.

The Bruins take on the Calgary Flames in their first contest on home ice after starting the season on a five-game road trip.

Boston, which is beginning a six-game homestand, went 1-3-1 on its road trip, including a 4-1 setback to the New York Islanders on Saturday.

Glen Murray scored the lone goal for the Bruins, who lost their third straight game.

The Flames slipped to 1-1-1 on their four-game road trip with a 5-4 setback to Montreal on Tuesday.

Matthew Lombardi scored twice and Miikka Kiprusoff stopped 31 shots for the Flames, who have lost back-to-back games.
