BOSTON (Ticker) -- For the second time in a week, the struggling Boston Bruins will have to regroup from a very difficult loss.

The Bruins, who dropped a 5-4 shootout decision on Thursday, look to rebound when they host the Tampa Bay Lightning on Saturday.

Boston led the Buffalo Sabres, 4-1, with 10 minutes remaining in the third period on Thursday, but allowed three goals to eventually force a shootout that it lost.

On October 26, the Bruins allowed a goal by Montreal with one second left in the third period of a 3-2 loss.

In the setback to the Sabres, Marc Savard had a goal and an assist for the Bruins, who also got goals from P.J. Axelsson, Glen Murray and Mark Mowers.

Tampa Bay goes for its second straight triumph after a 5-2 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday.

Martin St. Louis led the Lightning with two goals and an assist while goaltender Johan Holmqvist made 30 saves in registering his first career victory.

Boston has won five of its last six meetings with Tampa Bay.
