CALGARY, Alberta (Ticker) -- The Vancouver Canucks are heading into Calgary at a bad time.

Coming off three consecutive losses, the struggling Canucks take on the Flames on Tuesday in the first of a home-and-home series that concludes Wednesday in Vancouver.

Calgary, which returns from a six-game road trip in which it went 2-3 and had a snow postponement, seeks to extend its franchise-record home winning streak to 10 games.

To halt the Flames' home dominance, the Canucks must reverse their own woes away from home. Vancouver is 0-6-0 in its last six on the road and has been outscored, 25-8. The trend continued in a 3-2 defeat at Columbus on Friday night.

Calgary is also coming off a loss, falling to San Jose, 4-1, on Saturday after scoring the opening goal.

Flames captain Jarome Iginla cooled off a bit in the final three games of the road swing, failing to score a goal and registering three assists after having tallied eight goals to go with nine assists in the previous eight contests.

Markus Naslund, who leads Vancouver with 12 goals, has not found the net in 11 games. His last tally came on November 28 against Columbus.
