Ottawa (24-19-2) at NY Rangers (22-18-4) 7:00 pm EST
NEW YORK (Ticker) -- After having their four-game winning streak snapped, the New York Rangers will face one of their toughest opponents.
The Rangers look to get back on track when they face off with the Ottawa Senators on Thursday.
After suffering through a seven-game skid, New York reeled off four straight wins from December 30-January 6.
On Tuesday, however, the Rangers dropped a disappointing 5-3 decision to the New York Islanders.
Martin Straka had a goal and two assists and Henrik Lundqvist stopped 21 shots for the Rangers, who forged a 3-3 tie before yielding a pair of goals over a 27-second span in the third period.
The Rangers have had problems with the Senators, posting a 3-10-1 record in their last 14 meetings with Ottawa since January 6, 2003. The teams have split their two meetings this season, including the Senators' 1-0 victory in the last matchup on December 29.
The Senators are aiming for their season-high fourth straight road victory, which would be their longest road winning streak since reeling off five in a row from October 29-November 25, 2005.
Dany Heatley had a goal and an assist to lead Ottawa over Boston, 5-2, on Tuesday.
