ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) -- Jean-Sebastien Giguere refuses to take all the credit for his three-game shutout streak.

''It's flattering, but you have to put the whole team in,'' Giguere said. ''My teammates made it much easier for me.''

Giguere made 19 saves for his franchise-record third consecutive shutout in the Anaheim Mighty Ducks' 5-0 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday night.

Andy McDonald scored twice, Mike Leclerc had a goal and three assists for his first four-point game, and Matt Cullen had a career-high four assists for the Mighty Ducks, who have won four in a row overall and are 4-0-3 in their last seven home games.

Giguere has not allowed a goal in the last 200 minutes and 15 seconds -- a franchise and personal record. The shutout was his fourth of the season, and 12th of his career.

The Penguins, who have lost eight in a row, have allowed the first goal in six of those games.

''You always hope that you can score the first goal and get a bit of momentum going,'' Pittsburgh coach Rick Kehoe said. ''We had opportunities, we couldn't capitalize on them.''

Anaheim defenseman Keith Carney opened the scoring 10:17 into the first.

Jason Krog poked the puck free in the left corner and directed the puck to Paul Kariya behind the net. Kariya sent a centering pass to Carney, who put a shot under the crossbar for his third goal.

The Mighty Ducks made it 2-0 at 19:07 of the first when Petr Sykora put in Cullen's rebound for a power-play goal.

Anaheim added two more goals in the second period, when the Mighty Ducks outshot the Penguins 16-4.

McDonald directed in a pass from Cullen 2:27 in to make it 3-0, and Leclerc was credited with a goal at 13:34 when his backhand pass from the right sidewall went off the top of the net and off Jean-Sebastien Aubin's glove past the goal line.

It initially was ruled the puck did not cross the goal line, but the decision was overturned following a video review.

''I had no idea what happened,'' Aubin said. ''I thought the puck was going over my head. It hit my pads, hit my arm and somehow rolled into the net.''

McDonald scored his ninth of the season at 8:14 of the third to make it 5-0.

The Penguins' league-leading power play was 0-for-3 as the Mighty Ducks haven't allowed a power-play goal in four consecutive games and eight of their last nine, killing 33 of 34 opponent power plays during that span.

''Our penalty kill was excellent early when we needed it,'' Anaheim coach Mike Babcock said. ''All in all, it was a pretty good night for us. We didn't give them many opportunities.''

Game notes

Aubin made 42 saves for Pittsburgh. ... Mario Lemieux was held scoreless for the first time in his last 14 games. The league's leading scorer with 55 points in 29 games took just one shot. ... The two points gave Anaheim 35 for the season, the highest total through 31 games in the franchise's 10 seasons. The previous high was 31 in the 1999-2000 season. ... The Mighty Ducks took a season-high 47 shots, three more than their previous high and five short of the franchise record. It was also the most allowed by the Penguins this season. ... Anaheim defenseman Ruslan Salei was scratched because of a back strain. Salei has missed the last five games and seven of the last eight.
