DALLAS (AP) -- Bill Guerin scored two goals and Sergei Zubov had two assists as the Dallas Stars beat the Detroit Red Wings 3-2 Saturday night.

Guerin scored less than two minutes into the exhibition game when he knocked in a bouncing puck just to the left of Red Wings goaltender Dominik Hasek.

Hasek played two periods and made 13 saves on 16 shots.

Detroit tied it at 16:19 of the first period with a goal by Pavel Datsyuk, after a cross-ice pass from Ray Whitney.

Dallas goaltender Marty Turco played the first period and made 10 saves on 11 shots in his first preseason action this year. Ron Tugnutt played the final two periods, giving up one goal on 13 shots.

Rookie Finn Antti Miettinen put the Stars up 2-1 at 13:40 of the middle period on a power play. Then Guerin scored again on a wrist shot over Hasek's shoulder with 21 seconds remaining in the second.

Detroit's Jason Williams added the final goal at 8:59 of the third.

Marc Lamothe took over for Hasek in the third period and stopped all five shots he faced.

Before the game, the Stars had a short but emotional video tribute honoring Derian Hatcher, the longtime Dallas captain who signed with Detroit over the summer.
