Oilers 5, Panthers 4

EDMONTON, Alberta (AP)-Kyle Brodziak had two goals and an assist to help the Edmonton Oilers beat the Florida Panthers 5-4 in a preseason game Monday night.

Brodziak set up the eventual winner in the third, stealing a puck behind the Panthers net while short-handed and finding a wide-open Tim Sestito in front. He scored to give Edmonton a 5-2 lead.

Ethan Moreau and Sam Gagner also scored for the Oilers.

Michael Frolick, Brett McLean, Rob Globke and Greg Campbell had goals for Florida.
