Injured Argentine pulled out of Cincy event
BUENOS AIRES, Argentina -- Third-ranked Guillermo Coria of Argentina will skip the Athens Olympics because of a right shoulder injury, his trainer said Wednesday.
The French Open finalist has tendinitis, and tests indicated he would not recover in time for the Aug. 15 start of tennis competition at the Summer Games, trainer Cristian Elseser said.
"We are going to do further tests, but it's already ruled out: He will not be going to Athens," Elseser said.
