Since he began the Raleigh, N.C.-based Sprint Capitol track team in 1999, Trevor Graham has operated under a cloud of suspicion. This past week, star pupil Justin Gatlin, the Olympic champion and co-world record holder in the 100-meter dash, revealed he has tested positive for testosterone or a similar performance-enhancing substance.
