Who's better: Mark Spitz or Michael Phelps?

Four-time Olympic gold medalist John Naber goes with Phelps, who has won five gold medals thus far in Beijing and 11 in his career -- more than any other athlete in Olympic history. Spitz won seven gold medals (and set seven world records) at the 1972 Olympics in Munich, and nine overall.
