Duane Dickey gets lifetime ban
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency has issued a lifetime ban to cyclist Duane Dickey for a second violation for his use and possession of the banned endurance-boosting hormone EPO and his refusal to give a sample for testing.
