Sprinter Kim Collins's brother killed in St. Kitts

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -- The brother of former 100-meter world champion Kim Collins was shot to death by police after attacking an officer during a domestic dispute, officials said Friday.

Police Commissioner Celvin Walwyn told The Associated Press that officers had gone to the home of Winston C. Brown because he had kidnapped his estranged wife and sister and was threatening them with a knife and an ice pick.
