Possible flooding alters cycling race schedule

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The UCI Cyclo-Cross World Championships will now be a one-day competition due to Ohio River flood projections.
Race organizers on Friday compacted the two-day schedule into one, with all four now being held on Saturday The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has forecast low-level flooding at Beargrass Creek along the river by Sunday morning and the flooding is expected to continue for 48 hours..
