Expert panel to study UCI-Armstrong 'collusion'
GENEVA -- An independent panel will examine allegations that cycling's governing body was complicit in Lance Armstrong's doping.
Senior officials from UCI and the World Anti-Doping Agency will meet in Russia next week to discuss potential appointments to a three-member expert panel, UCI President Pat McQuaid told The Associated Press on Thursday.
