SAfrica court withdraws case in cyclist's death
JOHANNESBURG -- The National Prosecuting Authority says a court case against a minibus taxi driver accused of killing South African Olympic cyclist Burry Stander has been withdrawn.
The prosecutor's regional spokeswoman Natasha Ramkisson said a Kwazulu-Natal magistrate court withdrew the case against Njabulo Nyawose Tuesday after prosecutors asked for more time to decide on whether or not to proceed with murder charges.
