Chelsea Davis to miss U.S. qualifying
ROTTERDAM, Netherlands -- U.S. gymnast Chelsea Davis has dislocated her left kneecap during training and will not compete in team qualifying at the world championships.
The U.S. team said Friday that Davis was injured when landing on a tumbling pass. She was able to walk out of the Ahoy Arena but would not be ready to perform in the qualifying events on Sunday in Rotterdam.
The women's team final is set for Wednesday.
