Russia wins men's relay; Sweden women nab 20K

DAVOS, Switzerland -- Russia won the 40-kilometer classical-free relay in a World Cup cross-country ski meet Sunday, and Sweden won the women's 20K relay mixed style.

The Russian team, anchored by Sergei Shiriaev, finished in 1 hour, 35 minutes and 42.6 seconds to edge the Italian team. France came in third.

Britta Norgren anchored the Swedes in 53:51.6, ahead of Norway I and Finland.

Norway leads the men and women's combined Nation Cup standings with 5,953 points, followed by Russia with 3,957 and Germany with 3,799.
