Stacy Twiggs, Senior Manager Federation Nation Youth

Stacy manages the foundation of BASS Youth programs. He works collectively with leadership from 47 state and provincial Federation Nations and 6 foreign BASS Federation Nations. As a previous B.A.S.S. Federation Nation State President, tournament angler, father and outdoorsman, he understands the challenges that states and families face. Stacy retired from the U.S. Navy in 1993 and has since dedicated much of his focus to the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation and its youth programs. He works with B.A.S.S. clubs, state and national youth agencies and meets with schools to promote recruitment and educate youth about outdoors advocacy and responsible resource management. Through youth publications, Junior Bassmaster Clubs and the CastingKids program, BASS/ESPN Outdoors is committed to fostering the friendly spirit of youth competition, avid angling, and outdoor recreation for years to come. Joy George, CastingKids Program Administrator

Joy oversees all aspects of the Bassmaster CastingKids program. She processes the event requests, making sure the chapters and Federations receive their shipments in a timely manner and processes all data pertaining to event participants. She coordinates the national divisionals and finals. Joy is responsible for all functions of our youth chapters from processing a new junior club to conducting our annual youth roster updates. Joy works closely with Stacy to assist in coordination of the Junior Bassmaster World Championship and the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation Youth Directors Leadership Conference. Chris Horton, Conservation Director

As the Conservation Director, Chris' primary responsibility is to work directly with the Federations on local, state, and regional conservation issues that impact sportfishing. Chris helps the Federations develop a strong voice on natural resource policy decisions, as well as identify problem areas that need attention within each state. In addition, Chris represents BASS and its members on various scientific committees and actively participates in the American Fisheries Society. Jon Stewart, Manager Federation Nation Tournaments

Jon manages the six BASS Federation Nation Divisionals as well as the BASS Federation Nation Championship through which six Federation Nation anglers qualify for the prestigious Bassmaster Classic. Jon works directly with 47 state and provincial Federation Nations and 6 foreign BASS Federation Nations on many different subjects such as the hosting of the divisionals, the BFNC and providing volunteers for the Bassmaster Classic. He understands the plights of the grassroots angler and working man, as before coming to work for BASS in 2003 he was a delivery associate for Sysco Foods of Kansas City and the President of the Kansas BASS Chapter Federation Nation. He joined the Salina Bassmasters, Salina, Kan., in 1987 and held every position on the KBCFN board of directors before becoming President.
