Alabama resident and Elite Series pro Gerald Swindle was featured in a Veterans Day parade in Birmingham, Ala., Wednesday, Nov. 11. The parade was the 64th the city of Birmingham has put on. It is consistently the biggest Veteran's Day parade in the nation.

"I'm honored BASS chose me to be a part of this parade and pay tribute to everyone who has served," Swindle said. "It means enough to me that I delayed my bow-hunting trip to Illinois for one day."

Swindle rode in a Bassmaster Classic-wrapped Triton to promote the 2010 Classic, which will be held on nearby Lay Lake Feb. 19-21. The Classic-themed Triton will be on display at the local Triton dealer until the Classic.
