A boom running demonstration in her own hometown is originally responsible for igniting an interest in this athlete that would grow to reap such success 19 years later. Erdman competes in six to eight events per year, and is a five-time world champion and a four-time ESPN Great Outdoor Games champion in her field. Her impeccable balance and proven dedication to the sport can be expected to present some stiff competition this year at the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Series' second Female Boom Running events.

TRAINING ROUTINE

"I try to practice two to three hours a day year-round: logrolling, boom running, weight lifting, and running."

Pursuing second degree as a nursing student, after undergrad in psychology.
