Log rolling, I love how intense logrolling is and it is a great workout
Training routine
I cross country ski during the winter. I compete in long distance ski races such as the American Birkebeiner ski race which is 32 miles long. Once it gets nice out, I start running and biking daily. I start log rolling and boom running in April/May.
Hobbies
Cross country skiing, mountain biking, gardening, reading, hiking, running, traveling, raquetball, swimming and spending time with my family.
How long have you competed in the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Series?
This will be my fifth year competing on the Stihl Series.
Interesting fact
I will be graduating from dental hygiene school in May 2009. I already have a degree in exercise science and health. I plan on doing a traveling hygienist program where you travel all over the United States and help dental offices.
I won my first gold medal at the Stihl Series last summer. I will also be going to Russia in May to perform lumberjack shows. I willl be log rolling, boom running, axe throwing, cross cut, sawing, etc.
