Shelmerdine doing 'what can't be done'

If there was ever a song to fit Kirk Shelmerdine's life, it's "My Way."

Shelmerdine As crew chief, he wrenched Dale Earnhardt to his first four Winston Cup championships doing it his way, becoming the youngest crew chief to ever win a race (at the age of 25), and the youngest championship-winning crew chief (at 28).
