DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Martin Truex Jr. was forced to his backup car before Thursday's first practice at Daytona International Speedway after the primary car failed to make it through inspection.NASCAR officials said the roof did not match the templates and that the car was sent to the research and development center in Concord, N.C., for further evaluation.
