Brian Keselowski has bladder removed
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- NASCAR driver Brian Keselowski had emergency surgery to remove his gall bladder and will miss at least two races.
His team said the operation was Thursday and he is expected to be released from the hospital Friday.
Dennis Setzer will replace Keselowski in the No. 92 Dodge on Friday at Bristol Motor Speedway. Keselowski will not drive next week at California.
Keselowski owns his own Sprint Cup Series team. He qualified for the season-opening Daytona 500, but failed to make the races at Phoenix and Las Vegas.
He is the older brother of NASCAR star Brad Keselowski.
