Would you like to ask ESPN NASCAR analyst Tim Brewer a race-, auto tech-, communications-, or safety-related question?
Before joining ESPN in 2007 as an analyst on "NASCAR Now" and "NASCAR Countdown" and reporting from ESPN's Tech Center during race broadcasts, Brewer was one of the most successful crew chiefs in NASCAR history with 53 wins, 55 poles and two NASCAR Cup series championships. Brewer has worked with some of the greatest drivers in NASCAR, including three-time NASCAR champion Cale Yarborough, three-time NASCAR champion Darrell Waltrip and 1988 NASCAR champion Bill Elliott. At 18, Brewer became one of the youngest crew chiefs in NASCAR history when he joined the Cup series team of Winston-Salem, N.C., driver Richard Childress and served for five years. From there he moved to Junior Johnson's organization beginning in 1977. As crew chief he helped Yarborough win the 1978 title and finished a close second in 1980. Brewer won a second Cup title in 1981 with Waltrip as the driver. Send in your questions below and we'll select some of the best for Brewer to answer. Be sure to include your name, city and state or province. Check back later this week when we'll post Brewer's answers on the Icons pages.
