MECHANICSVILLE, Md. -- Ryan Dungey won his third consecutive 450 Class race at the AMA Pro Motocross event from Budds Creek Motocross Park.
Dungey, of Belle Plaine, Minn., and the current 450 Class points leader, carried a four-moto win streak into Budds Creek but had to settle for third in Moto 1 behind Honda Red Bull Racing's Andrew Short, from Smithville, Texas, and Jagermeister KTM's Mike Alessi, from Victorville, Calif., after an early crash.
In Moto 2, Dungey, a Suzuki rider bounced back with a strong start.
Dean Wilson of Scotland became the fourth different overall winner in the 250 Class.
