BILOXI, Miss. -- Hector "Macho" Camacho unanimously outpointed Clint McNeil in a 10-round middleweight fight Saturday night to keep his world championship hopes alive.

Camacho (78-5-2) hopes to face WBO junior middleweight champion Daniel Santos.

Camacho, 42, is a former super-featherweight, lightweight and junior-welterweight champion. In his last title fight, he lost to then-welterweight champion Oscar De La Hoya in 1997.
