Sage Valley wins Aqueduct's Mr. Nasty Stakes

NEW YORK -- Sage Valley led all the way on Friday to capture the Mr. Nasty Stakes as racing resumed at Aqueduct.

The cards on Wednesday and Thursday were canceled as a snow storm hit the New York area, which is still recovering from superstorm Sandy.

Sage Valley extended his winning streak to three in the stakes for 3-year-olds, beating Wild Target by 6 3/4 lengths over the track rated good. Ramon Dominguez was aboard for trainer Rudy Rodriguez as the 6-5 second choice ran the seven ...
