Batum, Holiday off to fast starts

The first few weeks of the NBA season can be a whirlwind for fantasy owners, and although we are dealing with an extremely small sample size this early in the season, we can still pick up on some trends that might carry over for the rest of the 2012-13 season.

Here are some of the more notable and not-so-notable starts to the season.
